OUR PASSION
We are Valour Racing, an influential team founded by two motorsport enthusiasts and building a reputation for success and reliability in the racing paddock. Specialising in the Radical Sportscars, we compete in the globally with multiple Radical SR1, SR3 and SR10 entries.
Always striving to achieve the best possible performance from our cars has led to success on the track, with a series of podium finishes and winning championships outright.
OUR HISTORY
We are a fully established team with more than 21 combined years of UK and International Motorsport. We are here to support your race series, test days, or track days.
Our experience allows us to get the very best from your car, with you concentrating on the driving, not the technical side. We offer a complete range of support from simple one-day track day support all the way through to full event (arrive and drive) support for UK and European series.
Currently, we are supporting the fabulous range of Radical sports cars, but we have ambitions to go into greater leagues.
We have our own custom-built 40ft articulated transporter with a complete awning and all the support you need. We can make available data analysts and driver coaches for that extra tenth of a second to be gained.

MEET THE TEAM
Meet Ben Lane - Team Principal of Valour Racing
Founded in March 2017, Ben has built Valour Racing from the ground up with a clear vision: combining elite driver development, technical excellence, and a true passion for motorsport.
Racing & Motorsport Journey
Ben’s career has taken him across some of the most competitive environments in motorsport:
- Studied Motorsport Engineering at Devon College, building the technical foundations of his racing career.
- Competed in both the Radical UK and European Championships.
- Relocated to Dubai to work with Radical Motorsport International, expanding his experience on a global stage.
- Worked with high-performance UK GT specification race cars at a professional level.
- Played a role in the ambitious 24 Hours of Le Mans race project with Lotus.
- Returned to Radical UK as a Technical Manager.
Today, Ben brings years of international racing, engineering, and team management experience into every aspect of Valour Racing, helping drivers maximise performance both on and off the track.
Meet Rhys Terry - Team Manager of Valour Racing
Rhys plays a key role in the day-to-day operation and performance of Valour Racing, bringing a wealth of international motorsport experience, technical knowledge, and team leadership to the organisation.
Motorsport Journey:
- Studied Motorsport Engineering at Oxford Brooks University, developing a strong engineering and performance background.
- Moved to the United States to pursue opportunities within the racing industry and expand his motorsport experience internationally.
- Worked as a championship-winning kart mechanic, contributing to multiple successful racing campaigns.
- Former manager of a factory racing team, overseeing team operations, logistics, and performance management.
- Delivered motorsport support and race operations across the Caribbean and South America, gaining valuable international experience.
- Built extensive racing experience between 2004 and 2014, developing a deep understanding of competition both on and off the circuit.
With years of hands-on motorsport experience across multiple disciplines and continents, Rhys brings leadership, professionalism, and a performance-focused mindset to every race weekend with Valour Racing.
