Valour Performance Technology joins the Revolution

We are proud to announce that Valour Performance Technology has been invited to join the Revolution programme, an all-new Sports Prototype Racer bristling with cutting-edge technology. It is built around a carbon tub and has been designed by a team comprising some of the most knowledgeable race car builders in the UK, who between them have Formula One and Le Mans designs on their CVs as well as being the creators of the Radical SR3.

Over the past few weeks, VPT has completed 9 track days with the Revolution team, covering more than 2000 trouble-free kilometres and now we have been entrusted with building the next two Revolution cars.

“It is very special for us to be a part of this new project,” said Valour Racing’s Team Principal, Ben Lane. “The car itself has impressed us greatly; we have tested some 12 customers and development drivers and all of them, from the less experienced through to Le Mans competitors, have been impressed. They love the great feel, the quality of the components and construction, the performance, the downforce and especially how driver-friendly it is. We are very excited about it.”

Professional driver and Le Mans racer, James Winslow commented; “After my first three laps in the car, I was astounded how advanced the car already is in feel and performance.”

The cars will be racing for the first time at Silverstone on the 27th April on the grid for the Sports Prototype Cup.
